架构各环节冗余设计，sensor选用抗干扰、高stability型号，适配power batteryhigh and low temperature、振动、高湿度的复杂工作环境，确保long-term运行无故障，参考工业级防护标准，故障率≤0.5%。
结合不同power battery体系的产气特性，Designed for性选择sensor类型与监测参数，优化detection accuracy与response speed，achieve特征气体（H₂、CO、CO₂、VOC等）的accurate识别，检测限低至ppm级，early warning准确率达95%以上。
采用模块化、分层设计，supportsensor数量扩展、监测参数升级，兼容不同规格power battery（方形、软包、圆柱）及应用场景（车载、energy storage、基站），可灵活适配多气体复合探测需求，便于system后期升级迭代与维护。
优化sensor工作模式与数据传输策略，匹配power battery自身供电特性，reducesystem整体功耗，避免影响power battery续航与service life，部分sensor可采用低功耗MEMS设计，工作温度优化至低功耗区间。
架构设计贴合工程落地需求，数据交互接口标准化，support与power battery管理system（BMS）、terminal监控platform无缝对接，操作便捷、O&M成本低，同时support数据溯源与历史趋势分析。
